Capital Crime
I guess I shouldn’t have celebrated so quickly when it came to securing complete closure with Capital One. I received another bill from the nefarious credit card company last week asking for $68 for accumulating late fees that were spawned off of the $.81 payment protection fee that I’ve been told was taken care of multiple times.
This morning I received a notice in the mail. Apparently Capital One has turned me over to a collection agency for a fee I shouldn’t have to pay, on a card I don’t even use. I don’t think I have the strength to fight their incompetence any further…
