I have faith, dear Salami. Batman Begins was able to juggle many characters, including multiple villains: Scarecrow/Dr. Crane, Ra’s al Ghul/Ducard, Carmine Falcone, plus a plethora of ninjas, corrupt cops and city officials.
It also won’t hurt that the rumored running time of TDK is near two and half hours.
