Pork Tenderloin with Apples

This is a variation of pork chops and applesauce that I cooked for dinner Saturday night. Rebecca joined me.
- You will need:
- pork tenderloin
- gala apples
- red bliss potatoes
- baby broccoli
- butter!
I cut the apples into various sizes and then sautéed them with a whole stick of unsalted butter. Then I seared all around the outside of the pork tenderloin in a hot skillet. Once it was brown all around, I poured the glaze and the apples over the pork tenderloin and set it to cook in the oven at 375° for about 25 minutes.
For the potatoes, I rinsed then chopped up fresh red bliss potatoes, then pan-seared them in olive oil and rosemary. One they were brown, I layered them with butter and stuck the whole (oven-safe) pan in the oven to finish cooking.
The baby broccoli was steamed with no salt or butter.
