This is Matthew. He’s a Jew. Whenever he writes his name out he has to include a footnote so that everyone knows this. Matthew is reading Who’s Your Mama, Are You Catholic and Can You Make a Roux? Matthew thinks he will find all of the answers inside this book. He won’t.
His mama is Ms. Judy. He is not Catholic. And he cannot make a roux.

I didn’t know only catholics can make roux… Martha Stewart, she’s NOT catholic and she can make a mean roux!
