Bobby Jindal: Governor, Exorcist, Curer of Cancer
In 1994, Bobby Jindal wrote a serious essay for the right-wing Catholic journal The New Oxford Review detailing his participation in an exorcism. This is not a joke. The governor of Louisiana exorcised demons from a young woman. But perhaps what is more interesting is that the exorcism also cured the possessed girl’s cancer. I’m surprised that something like this never came out during either of Jindal’s gubernatorial runs. Though if it had, it might have helped him in certain parts of Louisiana.
I imagine said exorcism looked a little something like this:
