Huckabee: women’s role in marriage is to “graciously submit”
Here’s another blast from the past for Mike Huckabee.
In August of 1998, Huckabee was one of 131 signatories to a full page USA Today Ad which declared: “I affirm the statement on the family issued by the 1998 Southern Baptist Convention.” What was in the family statement from the SBC? “A wife is to submit herself graciously to the servant leadership of her husband even as the church willingly submits to the headship of Christ.”

Huckabee is a dangerous man. He would take us back centuries with regard to his stance on women. I think the media needs to put “this” out there full blast and let every “woman” in America here what he has to say…….again and again and again.. If he get elected I am leaving this country…. because it would be like living in a Muslim country…I always said very little difference between Islam and Christianity - women are supressed if they listen to that nonsense that men tell them ….its about control and power and men dont want to share that with us women but its too late to put us back in the bottle …..because if that where god thinks we belong then I dont believe in god - period…. Equality only …..
