24: Soul Patch Returns
Is it possible for a television show to jump the shark twice? This morning it was announced that Carlos Bernard (BKA Tony Almeida) will return for 24’s seventh season despite being killed-off in the fifth. Sounds to me like they’re getting pretty desperate.
Speaking of desperate, Janeane Garofalo is joining the cast as a regular for the seventh season. I wonder if she’ll even be able to make it through the entire season without clashing with ultra-conservative 24 creator Joel Surnow.
Season seven is supposed to take place in Washington DC, with Jack Bauer testifying in front on Congress at some point. Sounds riveting already.
