Did Desmond Lie to Charlie?
At the end of the third season of LOST, Desmond told Charlie that he had one of his flashes and in it he saw Claire board a helicopter with Aaron and leave the island….
Last night, Desmond and Sayid, who apparently works for Ben in the future, boarded a helicopter and left the island. I kept waiting for Claire to come running up before they left, screaming, “Wait for me and my baybee!” She didn’t. So, the question is, did Desmond lie to Charlie about seeing Claire leave the island so that Charlie would give his life to ensure that Desmond’s vision would come true? Desmond wants off of the island more than anyone. He’s got to get to his Penny. Would he stop at nothing to do it?
Moving on… We know four of the Oceanic Six now: Jack, Kate, Hurley, and Sayid. There are only two spots left. I don’t think Claire is one of them. If she is, then wouldn’t Aaron be the other? My money is on Jin and Sun.
In discouraging LOST news, we will have to endure nearly a month-long hiatus between new episodes while they finish up the five post-strike episodes.

I think they will only be revealing one person at a time, which rules out Jin and Sun. Why reveal two of the six in one episode when you can stretch it out over a few weeks?
I’m betting next week will focus on Sawyer - he’ll be the fifth six. I know, it doesn’t make much sense, but it’s just a feeling I have. Who’s the last one? I’ll have to think more on that - don’t have a good guess now.
Last week was my favorite episode in awhile - moved the plot along just enough while balancing more questions with some answers.
Whatever happened to Michael and Walt?
